HI dearest SRJC-IANs. Welcome to ilovegivingflowerstoeveryone. This is a fundraising project by a group of us for the i-fiesta on thanksgiving day. Below are the different bouquets of flowers that we are providing. If you are interested in ordering from us, please follow the instructions below.

2 ways of ordering from us, one is to go to our booth at the concourse area starting from wednesday, or you can send an email to ilovegivingflowerstoeveryone@gmail.com

(Please take note of the spelling).

Preordering of bouquet will stop at Wednesday 5 august 2009 ,1800 pm.

For single stalks of flowers will be on uesday 4 august 2009 ,1800 pm. KINDLY ACT FAST IF YOU WANT.
We will be checking the emails every night at 10pm to confirm the orders.
We will then sms you to confirm your order after we've received your email.
If you do not receive any sms by 11pm on the day that you placed your order, kindly send us another order form.
Confirmed orders please pay us at our booth in the concourse after school, unpaid order will be cancelled automatically by thurday.

Things to include in the ordering form are:

1. Name
2. Class
3. Contact Number
4. Item No
5. Delivery service (Yes/No)
*If you choose no, ques 6, 7 and 8 need not be answered
6. Receiver Name and Class
7. Identity to be kept confidential (Yes/No)
8. The one liner sentence for each person u give.

If you have any additional items that you wish to add, a surcharge of 1 dollar is required. That is provided if you have already purchase any bouquet/flowers from us.

For people who just want simple stalks of flowers, we will be selling on thanksgiving day itself. TAKE NOTE: THOSE WHO WANT TO DELIVER THE STALKS PLEASE MAKE ORDER THROUGH THE EMAIL OR AT THE BOOTH AFTER SCHOOL.( a deliver charge of 50cents per person you send.)Eg. if you are giving 3 people, there will be a charge of $1.50

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When are you all delivering the flowers?
We will be delivering on thanksgiving day itself when everyone gathers at the assembly plaza before the start of the concert.

Where did you all get the flowers from?
All the flowers are fresh from our supplier and we only collect on the day itself, flowers will be sprinkled with water before sending it out.

Is my identity kept confidential?
Yes, rest assure we will keep your identity totally confidential if you want us to, just indicate to us when u are ordering from us.

How do i collect the flowers from you all if i dont need delivery services?
Booth will be set up on the day itself, you can collect from us there.

Can i give it to teachers or even the principal?

Yes, of course. But sentence to teachers or principal will have to be approve by us before it is being confirm.
